Dalian aluminum die casting, as an efficient metal forming process, has a rigorous and interlocking production process, and each step has a critical impact on product quality.
preparation in advance
Mold design and manufacturing: As emphasized in high-precision manufacturing, molds are the core of aluminum die-casting. Based on product design drawings, precise design is carried out using CAD and other technologies, taking into account factors such as product shape, dimensional accuracy, and demolding methods. During manufacturing, high-quality mold steel is selected and subjected to precision machining, heat treatment, and other processes to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the mold, meeting the needs of large-scale production.
Raw material preparation: Select suitable aluminum alloy materials, such as ADC12, A380, etc., whose composition determines the properties of the aluminum liquid. Mix aluminum ingots and other raw materials in proportion and melt them in a furnace. To ensure the quality of aluminum liquid, refining degassing and slag removal treatment will be carried out to remove impurities and gases, and improve the purity of aluminum liquid.


DIE CASTING PROCESSES
Die casting machine debugging: Adjust the parameters of the die casting machine according to the product and mold specifications. At the same time, set up the cooling water circuit and temperature control system of the mold to ensure uniform cooling of the aluminum liquid.
Dalian aluminum die-casting operation: The melted and processed aluminum liquid is accurately injected into the pressure chamber of the die-casting machine through a quantitative device, and the injection punch is rapidly pushed forward to press the aluminum into the mold cavity under high pressure. Post processing
Demolding and cleaning: After forming, the die-casting machine opens the mold and uses an ejector device to push the aluminum parts out of the mold. At the same time, clean the mold cavity, apply release agent, and prepare for the next die-casting.
