Dalian aluminum die casting is an efficient metal forming process widely used in many fields such as automobiles, electronics, and aviation. The process mainly includes the following key steps.
Mold preparation: Mold is a key tool for aluminum die-casting, and it is necessary to ensure that the mold is in good condition before die-casting. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mold to see if there are any parts that are worn, deformed, or damaged. If so, repair or replace them promptly. At the same time, clean and lubricate the mold, apply release agent evenly on the surface of the mold for smooth demolding in the future.
Aluminum melting: Select suitable aluminum alloy materials and place them in a furnace for melting. Strictly control the melting temperature, generally the melting temperature of aluminum alloy is between 650-750 ℃. During the smelting process, refining agents are added for degassing and slag removal to improve the purity of the aluminum liquid and ensure the quality of the castings.

Dalian die-casting molding: The melted aluminum liquid is injected into the pressure chamber of the die-casting machine through a gate. After the die casting machine is closed, the aluminum liquid fills the mold cavity at a very high speed under high pressure, usually with a die casting pressure between 10-100MPa. Demoulding treatment: After the casting solidifies and cools to a certain degree, the die-casting machine opens the mold and pushes the casting out of the mold through the ejector device.
