Aluminum alloy die-casting is a process that liquid metal (or alloy) is injected into a pre prepared pressure chamber and solidified under pressure. Brief introduction of aluminum alloy die-casting melting, casting and heat treatment of aluminum alloy are the three major processes for aluminum production.
Among them, smelting is the basis and plays a decisive role in improving the quality of aluminum; Pouring is an important condition for obtaining high-quality products; Heat treatment is an effective means to improve the structure and service performance [2]. In die-casting, the method of directly injecting liquid metal into a mold to form a part with the desired shape.
